It has a lot of Three Phase and Single Phase power and surface space for Prep or Packing. Also a large extraction hood. This Kitchen could be Used for Delivery but it off the road so might be difficult for drivers to get too. The cost is £3000 PCM this covers all your electric, internet and water bills (which are close too £1500pcm). Ideally we are looking for one person to rent one premises 24/7 BUT realize people might only be able to commit to 3 or 4 days a week at the moment. For example if you wanted to split it 50% with someone you could half the price. We do NOT rent for one offs or one or two days a week sorry. Be advised we are looking for the right people, as I am sure you are looking for the right place. All info on price is based on usage and storage needs. We have a lot of equipment we can offer and move around to suit peoples needs but nothing specialist. We just provide oven, fridges and Freezers. The contract would be a 2 month break clause and a months deposit would be taken. 5* ratings. LOTS of Surface space and sink Space Great access in Hackney Wick E32NT 3 minuets walk to the station!!! Great access for deliveries and collections. Not so great for home delivery take away drivers. We have availability all day and night. 24/7 access.
